| St
Mawes on the southern coast of Cornwall is one of the most unspoilt
villages in Britain - you could almost be back in the 1960s. Pretty cottages surround the harbour and sand and shingle beaches with rockpools are a great attraction for kids. You can walk up to the 15th century St Mawes Castle which is open to the public. Ferry boats to St Mawes operate from Falmouth. Good section of small shops, pubs including the Sun Inn on the harbour front. More beautiful places - click here! |
