Praa Sands
There are many lovely beaches in Cornwall and whilst it may not be everyone's favourite I have included Praa Sands because my parents lived here.
Whilst staying we saw the sea in all its mood from the stormy Atlantic breakers to the balmy still days of summer. Kids will just love to build sandcastles or perhaps go rock-pooling at either end of the beach. Care should be taken when swimming.
The more energetic may wish to walk the magnificent coastal path to Marazion then return to the car by bus.
