| A
visit to the
Chesil Beach just below Abbotsbury is a real treat. This ancient shingle spit goes all the way to Portland although when we go we tend to walk along the track to Bexington. You can see many unusual seaside plants on the shingle beach depending on the time of year. You will find real seclusion away from the main car park and we often picnic on the beach. The beach is not suitable for swimming. |
